POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Electrical Helpers. In this role, you will assist licensed electricians with a variety of tasks on commercial and residential projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
Move, lift, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
Clean and prepare jobsites and work areas
Dig trenches, move materials, and perform general labor tasks
Pull wire, load and unload materials, and set up ladders
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
